FlyFelo Terms & Conditions

These terms govern sender submissions, inspections, delivery requests and related services. By ticking the acceptance box and submitting an item, you confirm that you have read and agree to them. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. The service

FlyFelo provides a managed matching and coordination service between senders and verified travellers on supported routes. A submission is a request for inspection, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only when FlyFelo confirms the item, route, traveller, price, reward, delivery window and applicable terms in writing.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18, provide accurate contact and identity information, own the item or have authority to send it, and be legally capable of entering this agreement. FlyFelo may verify identity, ownership, journey and payment information.

3. Your item declaration

You must accurately disclose every item, quantity, condition, origin, intended use, value, weight and relevant characteristic, including batteries, liquids, aerosols, medicines, food, plants, animal products, chemicals and anything hazardous, controlled or restricted. You must provide documents reasonably requested. Concealment or misdescription is a serious breach.

4. Prohibited and restricted items

FlyFelo will not knowingly accept unlawful goods or items prohibited by applicable aviation, airline, export, import, sanctions, security or customs rules. Restrictions can change and airlines or authorities may impose stricter requirements. FlyFelo may refuse an item even if similar items have previously travelled.

5. Inspection, photography and repackaging

You authorise FlyFelo and approved partners to open, inspect, photograph, weigh, measure, screen and reasonably repackage an item. Packaging may be replaced, labels removed or safety material added. Inspection is not legal certification and does not guarantee acceptance by a traveller, airline or authority.

6. AI-assisted assessment

Technology may classify information, identify missing details and assign a review priority using maintained regulatory sources. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee clearance. A trained person makes the approval decision. FlyFelo may require specialist review.

7. Pricing and payment

Prices may reflect chargeable weight, dimensions, route, urgency, handling, inspection complexity, declared value, traveller reward, payment costs and disruption risk. Customs duties, taxes, penalties, storage and authority charges are excluded unless expressly included. Estimates are not binding; the confirmed price is shown before payment. FlyFelo will not add optional charges without active consent.

8. Cooling-off and starting work

Where consumer cancellation rights apply, you may have 14 days to cancel an online service contract. If you expressly ask FlyFelo to begin inspection or matching during that period, you may be charged a reasonable amount for work already performed. Once an expressly requested service has been fully performed, cancellation rights may end where the law permits. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Failed inspection and returns

If an accurately declared item is unsuitable before booking, any unused delivery payment will be refunded. A clearly disclosed inspection charge may be retained only to reflect work actually performed. If an item was incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe or prohibited, FlyFelo may deduct reasonable documented inspection, storage, repackaging and return costs. The sender must collect or arrange return within the stated period; FlyFelo will provide reasonable notice before storage charges or lawful disposal.

10. Sender cancellation

Before inspection begins, unused payments are refunded. After work begins, FlyFelo may deduct reasonable, evidenced costs already incurred. After traveller acceptance, genuine non-recoverable matching or handling losses may also be deducted. Charges will not exceed FlyFelo's actual reasonable loss and will not operate as a penalty.

11. Flight changes and delays

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. Flights, border processes, security checks and traveller schedules can change. FlyFelo will notify the sender and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption. If a material delay prevents delivery within the confirmed window, the sender may choose reasonable rematching or cancellation and refund of the unused service. FlyFelo does not exclude responsibility for delay caused by its own failure to use reasonable care and skill.

12. Delivery and collection

The recipient may need to prove identity and inspect visible package condition at handover. Delivery is recorded using the package code and confirmation evidence. The sender must provide accurate recipient details and ensure timely collection. Risk allocation and any declared-value limit will be shown before booking.

13. Insurance and claims

Insurance applies only where written booking confirmation identifies the insurer or cover, limits, excess and exclusions. This website alone is not evidence of cover. Loss or damage must be reported promptly with the package code, receipts, photographs and other requested evidence. Fraudulent or inflated claims may be rejected and reported.

14. Customs, taxes and authority action

The sender remains responsible for accurate contents, values and supporting documents. The parties must cooperate with lawful declarations. FlyFelo does not promise duty-free treatment or clearance and will not conceal or misdescribe goods. Duties, taxes, examination, seizure, return or destruction by authorities may remain the sender's responsibility except where caused by FlyFelo's breach.

15. Liability

FlyFelo does not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or applicable consumer rights. Subject to those rights, FlyFelo is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Any contractual cap for an accepted shipment will be presented clearly before booking and must remain consistent with applicable law and confirmed insurance.

16. Privacy, evidence and law enforcement

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy and Law-Enforcement Cooperation Policy. FlyFelo may retain inspection photographs, declarations, acceptance evidence, package codes, communications and transaction records for safety, contractual and legal purposes. Suspected criminal activity may be reported, and relevant records may be preserved and disclosed to competent authorities where legally required or otherwise lawful, necessary and proportionate.

17. Suspension and refusal

FlyFelo may pause or end a request where information is missing, payment fails, safety is threatened, fraud is suspected or continued performance may breach law or partner rules. Where the customer is not at fault, unused prepayments will normally be refunded.

18. Complaints and governing terms

Contact FlyFelo through the website with your package code and requested resolution. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints within a reasonable time. The booking confirmation will identify the contracting legal entity and governing law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

These cross-border terms require final approval by qualified UK and Ghana counsel before FlyFelo accepts operational payments.
