Safety and lawful cooperation

Law-Enforcement Cooperation and Prohibited-Items Policy

FlyFelo must not be used to transport drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives, criminal proceeds, concealed goods or any other illegal or prohibited item.

This policy explains how FlyFelo prevents misuse, preserves evidence and responds to lawful requests from police, customs, aviation-security, border, courts and other competent authorities.

1. Zero tolerance

Users must provide complete and accurate declarations. FlyFelo may refuse or isolate an item, suspend associated accounts and take reasonable steps to protect people and evidence.

2. Inspection and records

FlyFelo may open, inspect, photograph, weigh, measure, screen and repackage submitted items. Relevant records may include identity, contact, account, payment, communications, IP and device, journey, recipient, declaration, photograph, inspection, package-code, location and handover data.

3. Reporting and disclosure

FlyFelo may report suspected criminal activity and preserve or disclose relevant information where required by law, court order or binding process, or where otherwise lawful, necessary and proportionate to prevent, detect or investigate crime, prosecute offenders, protect public safety or safeguard a person from serious harm.

4. Verification and proportionality

We take reasonable steps to verify the requesting authority, scope and legal basis. We aim to disclose only relevant, adequate and necessary information. Requests and decisions may be logged and reviewed. FlyFelo may seek legal advice, challenge an excessive request or require formal process.

5. Preservation

Following a valid preservation request or reasonably anticipated lawful investigation, relevant records may be protected from routine deletion for the necessary or legally required period. Preservation does not itself mean disclosure.

6. User notice

Where lawful and appropriate, FlyFelo may notify an affected user. Notice may be delayed or withheld where prohibited or where it could prejudice an investigation, enable evidence destruction or create a safety risk.

7. Emergencies

FlyFelo may respond to a verified emergency request where disclosure is reasonably necessary to prevent imminent death, serious physical harm or a substantial public-safety threat, subject to applicable law and documented review.

8. Consequences

Misuse may result in rejection, lawful return, account restriction, cancellation, reporting, evidence preservation and cooperation with an investigation. Users may remain responsible for reasonable costs caused by inaccurate or unlawful submissions, subject to consumer law.

9. Privacy accountability

FlyFelo does not provide unrestricted access to user information. Each disclosure must follow applicable privacy rules, use an appropriate legal basis, apply security controls and be documented. Acceptance of this policy is not substituted for another legal basis where one is required.
